2015 Ride for Rotary
On Saturday August 22nd, 2015 on a beautiful sunny day 19 motorcycle riders headed out from Simcoe on a ride to the Niagara area on the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise's annual Ride for Rotary to raise money towards Rotary's End Polio Now campaign. Through matching grants by the Government of Canada and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, we raised enough funds to vaccinate 11,000 children.
We had a great day of fun & fellowship riding through some beautiful countryside and stopped for lunch, a raffle and door prize presentations at Cave Spring Winery's Jordan House, before heading back to Norfolk County later in the day.
