RCNS and Welshpool Exchange Program

20 Years Down; many more to go!!

The 2017 exchange contingent recently returned from 10 days in Wales and England. The exchange program has just celebrated 20 years having found students crossing the Atlantic and being hosted by their twin Rotary club.
