As previously advised, a small number of Club members joined in to re-organize (thanks to Sue Finnie for the previous work done several years ago), clean-out and re-sort the RCNS stuff being stored in the Malo Dentistry basement.

After a morning of this activity; we sorted our Club items into four groups - items to be retained, items to go to the Norfolk Archives, items to be re-purposed and finally, items to be trashed. See below for details and photos;

Items identified to be retained in the basement. This stuff is shown on the four following photos and was kept on the shelving in the basement;

Items identified to be retained at the Norfolk County Archives. Items in this group were mostly historical records. Wes Wilson will deal with this stuff;

Items to be re-purposed or offered up to club members at future club meetings. Nancy Sherwin and George Cornfield have retained this stuff; and finally,

Items to be disposed of as waste. These items generally had un-authorized graphics/logos, previous event dates and/or were related to events that are not in our future plans. Club members are to check out the following pictures and advise Jim S (by 10 Oct please) if there is anything that ought to be retained. Otherwise, it all goes to the trash thereafter.

We are so lucky that we have a member like Steve Malo who allows us to use his business basement for this purpose - thanks Steve.
