Club Officer Positions
President
The President to presides at meetings of the Club and the Board, and to perform such other duties as ordinarily pertain to the office of President.
The President of the Rotary Club is responsible for the overall success of the club, and works closely with her/his Board of Directors to ensure that the goals and objectives of the Club and its charitable foundation are met, both at the local and international level. The financial health of the club is clearly a large responsibility of the president, as well as ensuring the success of ongoing membership recruitment and retention. Finally, the president is responsible to interact at the District level, to ensure the successful execution of all necessary club functions.
Treasurer
The Treasurer has custody of all funds, accounting for same to the club annually and at any other time upon demand by the Board, and performs such other duties as ordinarily pertain to the office of Treasurer.
Secretary
The Secretary keeps the records of membership, sends out notices of meetings of the club and Board, records and preserves the minutes of such meetings, makes required reports to Rotary International, collects and remits to Rotary International subscriptions to
The Rotarian, and performs such other duties as usually pertain to the office of Secretary.
President Elect
The President-Elect presides at meetings of the club and the Board in the absence of the President, and performs such other duties as ordinarily pertain to the office of President-Elect.
