The Communications and Public Relations (C&PR) Committee is responsible for all internal and external communications activities by the club. It  supervises and coordinates the public relations and media advertising efforts of all ad hoc committees appointed to plan and conduct fundraising and other events. Committee members taree responsible for all communications and public relations activities, including. The Sunriser bulletin ,mdia and external communications, and internal communications.

Through the club bulletin,the Committee stimulates interest , announces events,  promotes fellowship, contributes to the Rotary education of all members, and reports news of the club, of its members and of the worldwide Rotary Program.  The Committee develops and impliments plans to give the public general information about Rotary, its history, objective and scope; and  secure publicity for the club, its meetings and projects.  The Committee  collects information for the club and arranges appropriate archiving to keep history of the club. It distributes current relevant information available on the Internet. It leads the club in computeri applications, including operating a club website.
