On Tuesday, 25 April 2023 and on our behalves, Gail Bouw welcomed Rita-Marie Hadley, Executive Director of Lansdowne Children’s Centre (and Rotarian); Jennifer Huxley, Director of Client Services, Lansdowne Children’s Centre; Susan Battin, Autism Clinical Supervisor/Manager, Lansdowne Children’s Centre; and Sue Bailey, Family Service Coordinator, Haldimand Norfolk, HN REACH as our special guests. At our hybrid (ie live attendance at R83 with zoom remote attendance) session, the team spoke to us about ideas regarding Children's Autism as they have experienced that condition at Lansdowne. The Lansdowne team fielded several questions after which Bettyann Carty offered our appreciation for a most informative presentation of a very real issue being lived out by so many in our community - well done to our special guests.
