AVision for Norfolk Sunrise
In 2009 - 2010 the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise celebrated the 15th anniversary of recieving it's charter. That year the Rotary International theme was:

To mark our anniversary and build upon the Rotary International theme, club members undertook a year long "visioning" exercise aimed at describing what we thought Norfolk Sunrise should be like in 5 years time (2014 - 2015) and what activities we felt we should focus on during the next 5 years. We held workshops, committee meetings, and dedicated 3 Club Assemblies to visioning discussions. All members took an active part in formulating our "vision"; debating and recommending priorities for the future.
We called our exercise:
"What do we want to be when we are 19?"
You can see our answers on the club vision board
In 2011, 2 years after completing our Vision , the Club's Long range Planning Committee undertook a detailed review of how the Club had done in meeting the expectations we set for ourselves. The Committee gave the Club a "B" grade overall. Many expectations had already been fully met, some were in progress and there had been little or no progress on a few.
