Literacy for Littles Resumes

What could be more rewarding than helping a child learn?  Mentoring resumed this week by many of our mentors for the new school year.  The Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise established the Literacy for Littles program in 2013 to assist children in Kindergarten to Grade 2 who have been identified by teachers as having learning challenges.  Reports from both Rotarian and non-Rotarian mentors have been very positive.  To learn more contact Pat Meiklejohn within the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise (secretary@norfolksunrise.org) or Krista Kitchen, Mentor Coordinator with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grand Erie at Krista.kitchen@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca.
